Recently, Skype has announced an update to its most famous desktop client windows and mac. Skype has updated, Windows 6.2 to 6.2.66.106 and Mac 6.2 to 6.2.0.1117 version. Both clients received a new function i.e eGifting, with which you can easily congratulate the birthday boy in your contact list by giving him a little Skype credit to make phone calls around the world.

New Skype for Windows also received minor changes to the interface in the form of a new toolbar, which united all the basic functions, such as: Home, Calls to phone numbers, search for contacts, and a conference call.

We are sure it will be a major update for the millions of fans of Skype. They have also fixed some bugs from previous versions:- problems saving profile, unavailability of certain fields in the incoming contacts, errors in the Add Contacts.
