The company has remained quiet about its expansion plans of the new ability to make VoIP calls from the Gmail.
Google has generated a good amount of publicity with his announcement of 25 August in publishing a new feature to Gmail that could make Call to landlines and mobiles from your computer.
However, the company is maintaining total secrecy when it comes to explaining international expansion, as presently this service focused especially in the U.S. .
“We have no comment on an international expansion for the moment , ” a Google representative explained to conference recently.
The application requires the installation of an audio plugin that allows users to access a new feature called ” Phone Call “that will allow user to make calls to landline and mobile (Skype style). Sources reveals that it has crossed Gmail crossed 1 million calls during its first day.
